Can you believe that February is almost over?
When I think of March, I think about change, hope, and growth. It’s the first month of spring after all, and spring is deeply connected to resurrection. Unfortunately, sometimes it feels like life goes by fast and it’s easy to lose our focus when it comes to our goals and personal growth.
That’s why I love journaling. It’s a great way not only to declutter our mind, but also to focus on the present moment and keep track of our goals, and our progress.
In this blog post, I’m sharing a list of 31 journal prompts – one for each day of March – which promote self-reflection and self-discovery. However, feel free to mix them up, or use as many as you’d like.
I hope you enjoy!
