How is June going for you, guys? How is Pride Month treating you? Can you believe it’s already summer? Because I have a hard time doing so. Anyway, I hope you all have a great (pride) month and an even better summer!
In this blog post, I’ll share with you 40 journal prompts that’ll help you improve your mood and go through a bad day.
All of us go through days that everything seems to go wrong or our mood is just bad because we didn’t sleep well, had a bad dream, or something unfortunate happened when we woke up.
Luckily, a few practices can help us feel better and alleviate feelings of stress and sadness such as yoga and meditation.
Journaling is also a tool that can improve our mood when we go through a bad day. Journaling can help with self-reflection, put our thoughts in order, and help us express our feelings so we can relax and let things go afterward. It’s also a practice that can be done anywhere and anytime – on our phone, laptop, or just a notebook – and this is another reason I greatly appreciate it.
Freewriting is not for everyone, so these prompts could be useful if you don’t know where or how to start.
